As a Product Management Assistant (PMA), you'll be the go-to partner for Product Managers, helping drive success through customer service, technical support, and collaborating on high-impact initiatives. Your role also includes managing critical compliance certifications (CSA, UL, NEMA), working closely with internal teams to keep products aligned with industry standards. What You Will Do
- Sales Support: Resolve customer product inquiries using systems like RightNOW, bridging gaps beyond standard support channels.
- Product Management Support: Assist with tactical tasks across all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Administrative Support: Generate ad hoc reports via Business Objects and create product sample kits to highlight key features and capabilities.
- Custom Quoting: Prepare and manage quotes for non-standard parts, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
- Material Certification: Produce material certification letters (CSA, UL, NEMA) based on sales and distributor requests, using standardized formats.
- Marketing Collateral: Contribute to product launch collateral, maintain catalogs, and assist with web content development.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on competitor products, pricing, literature, and digital presence to inform strategy.
What You Will Bring
- Education: College Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience: 2-4 years in related role with NPI experience.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing large data sets. Strong organization and prioritization skills.

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $24 - $28 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
