Summary:

The Customer Accounts Associate (CAA) is responsible for assisting the Renewals Department in lease agreement renewals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
• Protect Company assets
• Direct immediate contact with all Customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s), both in the field and on the phone
• Act as a Customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals
• Document all customer appointments in the store computer system
• Maintain updated customer information
• Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed
• Perform responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager when directed
• Safely operate a company vehicle
• Load, secure, and protect products in the company vehicle
• Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
• Complete and maintain vehicle maintenance sheet weekly and route sheets daily
• Assist the Sales team as needed
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Skills:

• The position routinely requires lifting, loading, and "dollying" merchandise 50-300 pounds
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong telephone etiquette
• Good organizational skills
• Professional groomed appearance
• Good driving skills
• Ability to work a schedule of budgeted hours varying from 8am to 9pm
• Satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver's License, and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy
