Cycle Count Associate bei None

General Description

Responsible for performing cycle counts, compiling and maintaining records of quantity, type, value of material, and merchandise, stocked in the establishment and/or items to be returned. Researches root causes for count discrepancies. Performs quality checks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory integrity
• Count physical inventory & record
• Research causes of discrepancies
• Verify the returns and bin movement process performed by warehouse staff
• Compare data integrity of new ERP system to current and provide feedback to developers
• Count and reconcile randomly selected item numbers and/or locations on a daily basis
• Troubleshoots inventory problems and reports inventory issues to supervisor
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Always maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other ad hoc duties

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, reach daily and as needed to perform all job functions
• Must be able to work in a team as well as independently
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
• Analytical approach to problem solving
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Basic PC knowledge
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to read, write and speak English

Education/ Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
