Join Casey’s in shaping a better future for our communities, guests, and team members as a Guest Loyalty Specialist! In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining campaigns for our Casey’s loyalty program, seeking to drive enrollment, guest engagement, and increased sales. The Guest Loyalty Specialist will collaborate with business partners to plan guest incentives and rewards, execute day-to-day operations, and report on key program metrics. You will collaborate with digital marketing, category managers, guest insights, and others to support loyalty initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement enterprise wide and targeted loyalty programs to maximize loyalty program participation and enrollment.
- Execute day-to-day program operations, including the design and implementation of loyalty promotion campaigns.
- Execute end-to-end promotion configuration, segment creation, offer setup, and integration with other systems.
- Partner with Brand Managers, Category Managers, and CPG partners to develop personalized, targeted, and relevant messaging throughout the guest journey.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing to implement marketing tactics to increase awareness for promotional offers.
- Configure promotions for product brands and categories, providing recommendations based on loyalty data.
- Test and implement new features, functionality, and integrations to increase guest engagement and competitiveness of the program.
- Report on key performance metrics related to loyalty, including measurement of operating performance and program success.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Compensation:
Starting pay range: $65,000 - $79,000. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
