Receiving Clerk bei HEICO Corporation

HEICO Component Repair Group is seeking a Receiving Clerk for its Miami Repair Station.  The Receiving Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely receipt and routing of incoming aircraft accessory components, parts and materials.  

Primary Responsibilities include: 

 - Receiving and logging incoming aircraft parts, components and materials.

 - Verifying part numbers, serial numbers, condition and documentation.

 - Ensuring traceability and proper documentation for all received items.

 - Safely handle and store aircraft components for routing within the company.

 - Prepare and label items for internal processing.

 - Take photos of incoming components.

 - Data entry

 - Support shipping / receiving functions as needed.
