Responsibilities include the following:
- Functions as a QA/Test expert across multiple project teams, across functional units (where appropriate), serves as key coordinator between multiple project teams to develop, implement and maintain QA/Test initiatives.
- Understand system requirements to create and advise on test cases from those requirements.
- Define and track test coverage of system requirements (traceability).
- Design and develop test documentation including Test Plans, step by step Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data, Test Standards for automated or manual testing of SharePoint solutions, infrastructure and evaluating product quality.
- Work with the team to determine issues in service and software by coordinating with the groups within the business unit who test, validate, and evaluate new applications and functions
- Ability to perform unit, integration, system, and data migration testing.
- Identify issues, facilitate review of those issues with leads, and execute defect management as appropriate.
- Track and manage issues, defects, ensure re-test and closure as appropriate.
- Prepare Test Metrics, Test Results, Ad-Hoc reports that show the progress of testing and the result of all tests
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle and recommend, facilitate quality improvement efforts.
- 3-5 years of software testing experience including: writing test plan, test cases, preparing test data and test execution with SharePoint technologies.
- Experience in testing applications that are SharePoint on-prem, on cloud, and hybrid.
- Experience working in JIRA, Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) software development methodologies and testing framework.
- Proficiency with Technical Writing, Analytical Ability, Problem Solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint On-Prem, SharePoint Online, O365 and Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Able to understand existing systems and change priorities quickly and have a capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Hands on experience with System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and migration testing.
- Experience with design and execution of test documentation including Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data and Test standards independently.
- Experience with developing both automated and manual testing of SharePoint solutions.
- Working knowledge with SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, dashboards, and workflows supporting business processes and functions.
- Working with a dynamic team to refine and expand the solutions based upon user’s feedback.
- Analysis and verification of business requirements to Test Cases for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and testability.
Education/Experience Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems Technology or related field is required along with 10+ years of experience (or a Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems Technology or related field and 8+ years of experience).
The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
