You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

As a Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Associate, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will contribute to client projects, focusing on stakeholder engagement, market research, and strategic thinking. Your role will involve supporting the team in achieving project goals, enhancing cost efficiency, and providing operational advice to drive sustainable growth for our clients. Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagements by contributing to deal integration and value realization projects
- Participating in carve-out and post-merger integration activities to facilitate seamless transitions
- Engaging in stakeholder management to align project objectives and expectations
- Conducting market research to inform M&A strategy and identify potential opportunities
- Assisting in change management initiatives to adapt organizational processes and technologies
- Collaborating on cost reduction strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Utilizing project management skills to coordinate tasks and meet project timelines
- Performing synergy analysis to evaluate potential benefits from business combinations
- Contributing to enhanced due diligence processes to assess risks and gather detailed information
- Assisting in report writing to summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights for business decision-making
- Developing interactive dashboards and reports to enhance data visualization and accessibility
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for one of the following fields of study: Accounting,Accounting & Finance,Finance,Operations Management/Research,Information Technology,Industrial Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,Systems Engineering, or Analytics

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
