The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and smooth functioning of the company’s infrastructure, ensuring a safe, secure, and efficient workplace for employees.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including office space, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Manage housekeeping, security staff, vendors, and contractors, ensuring service quality and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure fire safety, security systems, BMS, server rooms and electrical systems are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors, government authorities (labor department, compliance), and internal stakeholders.
• Manage facility-related contracts, renewals, and cost optimization.
• Ensure smooth execution of repairs, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
• Cafeteria operations

Skills & Requirements: 

• Proven experience in facilities management (IT/office environment preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fire & safety systems, electrical maintenance, and labor laws.
• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple contractors and operations simultaneously.
• Good communication skills: proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English required.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and crisis management abilities.
