As a trusted partner to leaders, you’ll guide the full employee lifecycle, support annual processes such as remuneration, performance, and succession planning, and contribute to organisational design. With proven experience in workforce planning, employee relations, and delivering enterprise-wide programs, you’re skilled at coaching, change management, and navigating complex ER matters.

Your strengths include engaging leaders, delivering surveys and initiatives efficiently, and driving continuous improvement through data and problem-solving. Experience in workplace resource management and real estate services will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where people and performance thrive.

Your work environment
