We are looking for a dynamic and focused People & Culture Advisor to join our team, as we continue to grow and innovate, our business recognises and values the importance of the work we deliver.
You will support our staff, gaining exposure to all aspects of our business and form part of a trusted and valued team. We work collaboratively and are recognised as being specialists in the work we do, you will be curious and can challenge the status quo, when needed.
We are advertising this role to realign our team and improve our service and support to the broader business. This means we have two positions on offer. One position is a Full Time Permanent role supporting our Tasmanian Corporate staff and national Hatchery staff. The second position is a Full Time 12-month Max Term contract, supporting our Marine Based Farming Teams.
What does your week look like?
Employee Relations: Providing support and guidance to leaders and employees on HR-related issues.
Projects: Support with the implementation of a range of HR Projects.
Reporting & Data Analytics: Pulling reports and building salary benchmarking as needed.
Team: Supporting the People & Culture Business Partner with ad hoc tasks as required and working with a one team mindset, supporting the entire Partnering team where possible.
Compliance: Ensuring Tassal is compliant with employment law and regulation and supporting with audits.
Travel: Be able to travel to sites in Tasmania and the mainland as required.
About You
You could have a relevant degree or AHRI Certification, or you could have a few years work experience. If you have previous HR experience, we would love to hear from you!
