The Role
We are seeking a highly organised Governance Reporting & Administration Officer to join our Assurance and Resilience Division, which provides support services to the Asset Services Group.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the Asset Services Group’s contributions to regulatory and business reporting, and regulatory change proposals; as well as providing administration support for audits and other governance activities.
This role also plays a key part in preparing timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders and maintaining governance documentation and systems.
Working closely with the Governance and Reporting Coordinator, key stakeholders from the Asset Services Group and from the corporate Risk and Regulation teams, the Officer will also contribute to the efficient operation of key governance functions.

Your key responsibilities
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the Asset Services Group and key Corporate Teams to coordinate Group inputs and reviews for regulatory and business reporting.
- Assist with coordination of Group feedback on key regulatory changes.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for the end-to-end coordination of internal audits impacting the Asset Services Group – including coordination of management reviews of audit scopes, findings and responses.
- Monitor and report on Group compliance with corporate requirements, identifying trends in compliance performance and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and document governance processes to ensure visibility, clarity and staff awareness of roles and responsibilities.
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams and facilitate proactive communication around reporting and regulatory changes and requirements.
- Ensure all reporting inputs meet quality standards in terms of completeness, clarity, and presentation.
- Provide general administrative support for governance and assurance activities.
What we’re looking for
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, governance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a governance, administrative or reporting role, preferably within a government, utility, or highly regulated environment.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within set timeframes.
- Confidence in reviewing and updating documents for quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
