Community Engagement Administrator

We are seeking to appoint an experienced full-time Community Engagement Administrator to support the Enrolment and Community Engagement Team in creating better connections with our greater community.

Your Role:
- Support College Engagement Events:
Assist with delivering key events such as Open Days, expos, and tours, while providing administrative and project support to the Community Engagement Manager.
- Assisting Enrolment Communications:
Help manage enrolment enquiries, input information into our database, ensuring a warm and professional experience for prospective families from first contact to commencement.
- Reception and Visitor Services:
Provide front-of-house support, including reception coverage, overflow calls, and first aid assistance, maintaining a welcoming and courteous presence.
- Community Relations and Digital Engagement:
Maintain online platform community memberships and assist with College communications, promotional materials, and event coordination to better foster strong community connections.
About You:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at interview a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith, including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship, as well as the following skills and experience:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with families, staff and visitors
- Represent the College with high warmth and professionalism.
- Strong organisational and administrative ability
- Confidence in managing multiple tasks, coordinating events and maintaining accurate data
- Team orientated with a “can do” attitude.
