About the opportunity:
The Arden Built Coordinator is part of the Arden Built team and reports to the Spec Home Manager. The key focus of this role is to assist and support the Arden Built team in handling various tasks and responsibilities to ensure the efficient operations, document control and workflow practices of the team. More specifically, you will:
• Monitor the Estimating, Scheduling & Engineering inboxes and action as required.
• Coordinate and manage developer and council applications ensuring all required documentation and approvals are obtained in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal teams (Estimating, drafting and Construction) and external stakeholders to streamline pre-construction and development approval processes
• Prepare, issue and track purchase orders, contracts and quotes in line with supplier agreements and business systems
• Monitor project milestones, permit dates, land contracts and deposits, ensuring accurate records are maintained across systems (BusinessCraft, Companion)
• Assist with preparing and finalising plans, drawings, soil tests and engineering requirements to support construction handover
About you:
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:
• Previous experience working in fast paced, high volume project coordination/administration role in the construction industry
• The ability to work under pressure successfully managing multiple jobs and prioritising workloads whilst ensuring high quality and compliance
• Strong communicator, collaborator and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of the residential construction industry including building your own home or a passion for building design
• Resilience and growth mindset, demonstrating initiative in workflow improvements and process
