About the role
Fuel for Growth team is looking for experienced Senior Finance Manager to support with delivering this programme. The team is responsible for and this role will play a key part in bringing visibility on our cost base, identifying the savings and gaps, and driving accountability for the delivery of the savings already identified.
Your responsibilities
• Work closely with Functions and Regions to understand key savings initiatives, track and validate cost and savings, identify gaps and risk to functional, regional or overall FFG programme delivery
• Provide comprehensive visibility on the company's cost base across different cost categories and functions (incl. regions/markets)
• Support delivery of already identified savings and identify further opportunities by analysing financial data and operational processes
• Bring insights from various data and qualitative sources to formulate a coherent overall understanding of cost drivers
• Track FFG and transformation savings, costs and KPIs, and raise risks and gaps early
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations
• Support and drive (where applicable) cost savings and cost visibility initiatives such as Spend Control Tower
• Drive accountability for the delivery of identified savings to help ensure targets are met
• Drive process and policy changes, and compliance to them to support Reckitt’s enterprise and ROI mindset
• Design and implement processes and governance to support transformation savings delivery and reporting, recommend and implement ongoing improvements and automations
The experience we're looking for
• 9+ years of relevant experience in Finance and FP&A with a good understanding of Reckitt’s cost base and processes
• Good knowledge of decision making structures and Reckitt stakeholder landscape locally and globally
• Experience of working in delivery and outcome focused teams in a results orientated environment
• Excellent networking skills (across multiple functions, business units, external stakeholders) and ability to positively resolve conflicts
• Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
• Effective and impactful communication skills with an ability to articulate complex concepts in concise language
• Superior stakeholder navigation and management skills with strong influencing abilities
Transformation or consulting experience can be useful.
