- Installation of UCCE components such as ICM, CVP, CUIC, Finesse, CCMP,VVB,CUSP
- Configuration of UCCE components.
- Consulting skills with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Basic Troubleshooting/Design skills of UCCE Components and Call flow.

- Overall High level Design Knowledge on UCCE Technology
- Strong knowledge on Call flow of CVP Deployment model
