Mission of the Role:
Ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all maintenance activities for internal GPM systems. Support production and engineering by preventing failures, solving breakdowns, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and manage all GPM system maintenance activities.
• Supervise safe execution of tasks according to procedures.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to contractors and external teams.
• Manage maintenance workflows and warehouse operations (EAM, MINISTOCK).
• Ensure proper spare parts and inventory control.
• Facilitate communication between maintenance, production, engineering, and plant management.
• Support new process start-ups with training and technical expertise.
• Investigate incidents and breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, ANDON).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Provide technical support for the handover of new projects to production.
Requirements:
• Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in control systems, IT, or industrial electronics (university degree valued).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical teams in industrial or electronics environments.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and change management skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems (EAM), inventory, and warehouse management.
• Technical English (B2 level, spoken and written).
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards (IATF).
• Experience in SMT, ICT, or BackEnd processes (a plus).
