As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, conduct candidate interviews, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
This role is critical in driving the company’s growth in India by managing recruitment and contributing to HR initiatives. The split of responsibilities is approximately 70-80% Recruitment and 20-30% HR administration.
What you'll be doing...
You will work closely with the rest of the Talent team, hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders to create a seamless recruitment experience.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
- Proactively source and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and develop a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Support and coordinate graduate hiring initiatives, including university outreach, careers fairs, and assessment centres.
- Manage relationships with universities and student organisations to attract top talent.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in interview processes, including candidate assessments and feedback collection.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure a structured and inclusive recruitment process.
- Assist in offer negotiation and pre-employment checks, ensuring compliance.
- Work closely with HR to support a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (PinPoint ATS).
- Support recruitment reporting, tracking key hiring metrics and trends.
What you'll need to succeed...
- 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Motivated, ambitious and determined
- Experience of using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
