- Resolve user issues promptly and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Swagger API Workarounds
- Develop and implement effective workarounds for Swagger API-related challenges.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
- Training Recordings
- Create and maintain comprehensive training recordings.
- Ensure materials are current and easily accessible to users.
- User Permission Management
- Manage user access and permissions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain security and compliance standards.
- Training Portal Maintenance
- Update and manage content on the training portal.
- Monitor usage and address any technical or content-related issues.
- Confluence Page Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on Confluence.
- Work with team members to ensure clarity and completeness of information.
