About the role
We’re looking for a People Ops Associate to join our People team and help us deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across the employee and candidate journeys. This is a hands-on, operational role where your focus will be on supporting day-to-day processes, especially in recruitment, onboarding and people operations.
You don’t need years of experience. What matters most is that you’re organised, curious, proactive and eager to learn how things funcionam behind the scenes in a People team that values rigour, agility and consistency, and we’re looking for someone who brings those same qualities to their work.
Your role
What you’ll do
- Support recruitment operations, especially for our clinical team: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing pipelines and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Help coordinate onboarding logistics, from equipment requests to welcome messages and checklist tracking.
- Keep people and candidate records accurate, updated and confidential across our platforms.
- Assist with core admin tasks, internal communications and quick reports that support decision-making.
- Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for day-to-day requests from candidates and colleagues.
- Support ongoing People processes like surveys, feedback loops or all-hands documentation.
- Contribute to a people experience marked by rigour, empathy and attention to detail.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related field.
- You’re detail-driven, responsible and like things bem feitas.
- You’re curious: you ask questions, look for clarity and enjoy learning how things work.
- You bring a collaborative and service-oriented mindset to everything you do.
- You’re comfortable with tech tools, even que ainda estejas a aprender).
- You communicate clearly, kindly and with intention.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Up to 1 year of experience in a People, HR or admin/ops role.
- Interest in healthcare, tech or start-ups.
