As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships and supporting students who may be experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building trusting relationships with students and acting as a mentor to promote their personal growth.
- Providing emotional support and guidance to students encountering personal or academic difficulties.
- Collaborating with parents/guardians and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive support services.
- Implementing strategies and interventions to encourage positive behaviour and enhance well-being.
- Assisting with the execution of the school's pastoral care policies and initiatives.

Requirements:
- Experience working with young people in a school or similar environment.

- Exceptional communication skills, fostering positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and staff.
- Awareness of safeguarding procedures and regulations to ensure student safety.
