We're looking for:
A Salesforce Administrator who can take ownership of our Salesforce infrastructure from the ground up. You’ll design and implement workflows, automation, and processes that empower our revenue teams to operate more efficiently and at scale. You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Operations leadership to build systems that directly support Nitra’s growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining custom workflows, automation, and processes in Salesforce
Designing systems to improve revenue team efficiency and productivity
Managing data integrity, reporting, and dashboards across teams
Partnering with stakeholders to scope and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs
Serving as the subject matter expert on Salesforce functionality, security, and best practices
Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements
You have:
5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
A proven track record of building automation, workflows, and processes in Salesforce from scratch
Strong experience supporting revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Operations)
Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferably experience working in the tech or fintech sector
Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred, not required)

The base salary range for this full-time position is $110k - $140k + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
