- Manage the MHRC program calendar, ensuring at least 14 hours of rehabilitation groups and 7 hours of activity groups weekly.
- Develop, implement, and revise program goals and objectives to meet the needs of clients and align with organizational vision.
- Ensure timely completion of assessments, mental health evaluations, and individualized service plans.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and review of care plans every 90 days, with monthly progress updates.
- Monitor documentation including weekly notes, discharge summaries, and audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate MHRC staff, ensuring all orientation and annual Title 9 training requirements are met.
- Foster a positive, supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and accountability.
- Maintain compliance with Title 9 standards, Department of Public Health requirements, and accreditation guidelines.
- Develop and oversee a quality assurance program, including audits, inspections, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor program outcomes and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness and safety.
- Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Social Science, or related field (state license/registration preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in a mental health or training setting, with 1 year in program development for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices (EMDR, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness preferred).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with expertise in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
