Key Responsibilities
- You’re able to interpret client needs and different sources of information to come up with a sharp and focused project design. You collaborate with clients to ensure we’ll capture data and insights that will meet their objectives.
- You have a good understanding of various quantitative research methodologies. You know how to apply these to get rich and relevant insights.
- You are an independent project manager and proactive communicator. You thrive in knowing the ins and outs and push the project forward.
- You plan and coordinate data and insight analyses and take the lead in the interpretation and reporting on the findings of quantitative research projects.
- You are comfortable to support seniors in translating your insights and recommendations into tangible marketing deliverables.
- You are a storyteller. You can shape the insights into compelling outputs that resonate with client audiences.
- You actively use AI to work more efficiently and effectively. You learn how to use AI in a business relevant way, to contextualize your work and add value to the client.
- You can use different resources and apply behavioural frameworks and models. You can use these to contextualize client briefs and deliverables.
- You showcase excellent presentation skills and you’re able to prepare client workshops / brainstorms and attend in a moderating or supportive role.
- You’re excellent at building good working relationships with clients and you learn to flex style as needed.
- You’re attentive to client needs and are eager to know their business and industry better.
- You understand our unique selling arguments of our solutions and supportive methods we offer and how we position vs. competitors.
- You are excited to start writing proposals for your clients or support your senior team members in doing so.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social science, psychology, business, economics) or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of professional research experience.
- Curiosity and Eagerness: A desire to learn and understand complex human behavior.
- Proactive and organized: Being able to juggle a lot of moving parts.
- Communication: Clear and pro-active communication within the team and towards clients.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and rapidly evolving industry.
- Analytical: A high affinity with data interpretation and analysis.
- Innovative: Actively experimenting with AI, eager to learn and use new technologies to bring added value for the client.
