Position Description

Performs maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Major/Essential Functions

  • Performs routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment. HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work pertaining to minor building maintenance and remodeling.
  • Executes duties given by supervision and Work Control. Documents and finalizes requests as needed.
  • Responds, executes and finalizes work order request in TMA system.
  • Records proper time and work performed for TMA tracking and billing.
