Female Support Worker
Location: Glenholme, Vincent Place, Stevenage, SG1 3AT
Hours: Full-Time Positions – up to 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £12.25 – £12.45 per hour + paid training + excellent benefits
Please note: Due to the needs of the service and its residents, this role is open to experienced female applicants only.

The Role – What You’ll Do as a Waking Night Support Worker
Provide companionship and reassurance throughout the night
Support with personal care and wellbeing needs
Promote independence and encourage individual routines
Safely manage and administer medication
Ensure residents feel secure, comfortable, and supported overnight
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a care or support role but not essential
Compassion, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships
Willingness to work waking night shifts
An Enhanced DBS check (required – we’ll guide you through this process)
