- Facilitate role discovery/intake meetings to align expectations, set timelines, and clarify sourcing strategies.
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition across a wide variety of functions, including operations, G&A, product, professional services, r&d, marketing, and executive-level roles.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on requisition status, pipeline health, and recruiting insights that inform business decisions.
- Help develop a deep understanding of the company’s structure and talent needs across departments to support holistic workforce planning.
- Analyze platform data and recruiting metrics to optimize delivery, improve processes, and share best practices across the team.
- Build strong knowledge of the business and its industry to effectively position the company to top talent.
- Oversee relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors, ensuring quality and alignment with hiring goals.
- Support talent attraction efforts and help run campaigns that drive traffic to external platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
- Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team to align recruiting with onboarding and employee experience efforts.
- Ensure a smooth, inclusive, and candidate-friendly experience from first contact through onboarding.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisitions ideally in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment.
- Strong experience with global, full-cycle recruiting across all domains within a highly technical organization.
- Ability to flex hours to meet global hiring requests.
- Familiarity with employment law basics, recruiting compliance, and global hiring nuances.
- Experience with executive-level recruiting (direct or via firm partnership) and complex stakeholder groups.
- Hands-on knowledge of recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools, including AI-enabled platforms. SmartRecruiters is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present data, influence hiring decisions, and balance stakeholder needs.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines, and shifting goals.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in driving great outcomes for both candidates and hiring teams.
