We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our team in Pontivy. In this role, you will lead and develop our Health, Safety and Environmental strategy on site, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards while driving a culture of safety and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage HSE policies, procedures, and compliance with French regulations.

Carry out risk assessments, inspections, and audits, and implement action plans.

Monitor safety and environmental performance indicators.

Lead and support employees on HSE awareness and best practices.

Manage relationships with external authorities, certification bodies, and occupational health services.

Oversee maintenance of safety equipment and industrial waste management.
-
Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
About You:
-
Degree in HSE or Risk Governance (DUT to Engineering level).

Several years’ experience in an HSE role within an industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of French labour and environmental law.

Experienced with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards.

Excellent communication, influencing and training skills.

Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
-
Fluent in English and French.
This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Site Operations Director, with the opportunity to shape and strengthen our safety and sustainability culture.
