Location: Reiss, Bicester Village

Role Overview

As a Sales Advisor in our Menswear Department, you will be the face of Reiss—delivering an elevated, personalised shopping experience to every customer. You'll work as part of a dynamic team, showcasing our premium collections while achieving sales targets and maintaining visual and operational standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering a warm, genuine, and personalised experience.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the menswear product range and offer expert styling advice.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling and effective communication.
  • Maintain the highest visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the store.
  • Represent the Reiss brand with professionalism and pride at all times.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a premium or luxury retail environment (menswear experience preferred).
  • Passion for fashion and a strong eye for styling and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn and grow.
