At Freedom Leisure, we’re all about positive vibes, great people, and making a real impact. Yes, we run leisure and cultural facilities, gyms, and swimming pools—but at the heart of it all, it’s our people who make the difference.
As one of the UK’s leading charitable leisure trusts, we’re proud of our mission of Improving Lives Through Leisure. We’re here to help communities live healthier, happier lives by making our centres welcoming, inclusive, and accessible to everyone - because everyone deserves to feel good. Are you someone who enjoys making systems work smarter, has a knack for Excel, and thrives on getting the details just right? If so, this may be the role for you.
We’re looking for an HR Analyst / Pensions Administrator to join our supportive and collaborative HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we use data and systems to support our people.
🌟 What you’ll be doing:
- Owning our HR system – making sure it runs smoothly and supports our colleagues, managers, and HR team in the best possible way.
- Creating insightful reports – helping us spot trends and make smart, data-driven decisions.
- Managing pension schemes – ensuring everything is handled efficiently and in line with statutory requirements.
- Supporting a major HRIS implementation – working closely with our HR Director to bring a new system to life.
🧠 What you’ll bring:
We’re looking for someone with solid HR experience—whether you’re an HR Administrator, Coordinator, Manager, or HRIS Analyst— who’s interested in working for an organisation with a true sense of purpose.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience as a system administrator for an HRIS, and bonus points if you’ve worked with ATS, LMS, or Payroll systems.
- Strong Excel skills and a talent for turning data into meaningful dashboards and reports.
- A sharp eye for detail and confidence handling complex admin tasks with accuracy.
Experience with pension or benefits administration is a plus—but don’t worry if you’re new to it. We’ll provide training and support to help you grow in this area.
If you’re ready to make a real difference in a role that blends tech, data, and people, we’d love to hear from you.
