Are you passionate about precision, pricing, and partnerships? In this role, you’ll be the guardian of accuracy—ensuring that every price is right, every invoice is correct, and every supplier relationship is built on trust and transparency.

As a Product Category Manager – Invoice Control, you’ll play a key role in keeping our procurement processes sharp, our budgets on track, and our supplier collaborations smooth and effective.

This isn’t just about numbers—it’s about impact. You’ll help shape how we manage costs, collaborate with suppliers, and make informed decisions. You’ll be part of a team that values clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

 

Imagine this: A new supplier offer lands on your desk. You dive into the details, spot inconsistencies, and optimize the operational business. You ensure invoices match contracts, prices reflect agreements, and no cent goes unaccounted for. Your work doesn’t just support the business—it drives it forward.

What you’ll do:

  • Price Control: Analyze offers, monitor market trends, and ensure competitive, contract-compliant pricing.
  • Invoice Accuracy: Verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, and keep payment processes running smoothly.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Build strong relationships, align on pricing and terms, and support negotiations.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver data-driven reports that help leadership make smart, strategic decisions.

What You Bring – and What Awaits You at Franke

  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in pricing, invoice control, or procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English (German is a plus).
  • A high level of integrity and a passion for precision.
