Position Summary
Pretium Packaging LLC is currently seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes across up to three manufacturing locations. As the senior HR leader for these sites, you will serve as the primary partner to plant leadership, providing guidance on strategic HR initiatives, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Impact You’ll Make – Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR leadership and support to up to three manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace issues.
- Lead and oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring workforce needs are met for both hourly and salaried roles.
- Support current and future business needs through talent development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, policies, and procedures across assigned sites.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and compliant workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management programs to drive accountability and high performance.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs in partnership with corporate HR.
- Assess training needs and oversee implementation of learning and development programs.
- Provide decision support to leadership through HR reporting and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, HR best practices, and safety standards.
- Partner with plant leadership to champion safety programs and employee well-being initiatives.
- Perform other HR leadership duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring – Education and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, or equivalent senior HR leadership role.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience leading HR in multiple locations.
- Demonstrated success overseeing HR functions across multiple locations.
- People-oriented, results-driven, and skilled at balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and metrics.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
