A bit about the role…
- To contribute to Allwyn’s Social Value strategy and how it is embedded across the business.
- Be an ambassador for Allwyn UK’s Social Value framework and strategy.
Role responsibilities:
- Be the day-to-day lead on the production of Allwyn’s annual Modern Slavery Statement and Modern Slavery Policy, as well as the delivery of associated activities including training and communications.
- Oversea delivery of the Community Investment Programme. Ensuring effective administration of the programme, and relevant stakeholder engagement across Allwyn UK and with the programme partners.
- Confidently promote our Social Value framework and strategy, effectively communicate our achievements to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support on the delivery of annual company-wide Social Value mandatory training.
- Lead on the annual update of the Social Value and Volunteering Health and Safety Policies.
- Conduct relevant desktop research and benchmarking on Social Value topics.
- To be the Social Value teams Data Champion. Working closely with the Social Value team to obtain required input.
- Assist the Social Value team by preparing clear, timely papers and providing administrative support for internal or external meetings, leadership panels or consultations.
- Support the coordination of the Social Value leads across the business to ensure our Social Value deliverables are being met.
- Be the day-to-day lead on the review of Social Value requirements and impact analysis, e.g. for game proposals, BRD’s, SPPP reviews and others as required, ensuring they adhere to Social Value best practice guidelines.
- To support the team to track, measure, analyse and report on Social Value data, performance, and outcomes for upward (internal) reporting, and for external disclosure such as the Annual Reporting, Pay Gap Reporting, and the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool
- Support the Social Value Programme Manager in integrating Social Value into the end-to-end procurement process for suppliers.
- Support the Social Value team on any ad hoc tasks, as agreed with the Social Value Programme Manager.
Required skills and experience:
- Knowledge of broad Social Value issues, context, and good practice.
- Experienced at presenting information and constructing clear reports.
- Involvement in meetings with senior management, internal teams, and key external stakeholders, including leading discussions.
- Understanding of stakeholder engagement practices in relevant industries, sectors, and organisations.
- Ability to analyse data at a high level.
- Previous experience of managing and leading projects.
- Able to build and nurture strong relationships and partnerships both internally and externally and enable a collaborative culture.
- Clear communicator to internal and external stakeholders, with good written and spoken English, being able to build and nurture strong relationships and partnerships both internally and externally.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, willing to accept challenges, with good time management and organisation skills.
- Confident using all Microsoft applications.
