Credigy is seeking a Production Support Analyst to join our Application Development team in Atlanta, GA. This team is responsible for developing new internal applications in close partnership with the Product Strategy team. Together, both teams ensure the full lifecycle of new products and product changes. In this role, you will be closely involved in all changes and new product launches to ensure alignment with business requirements. You will also safeguard Credigy’s production data environment, optimize ticket workflows, and partner with business stakeholders to keep our systems running smoothly. Drawing on strong SQL skills, Jira Service Management (JSM) expertise, and a curiosity for end-to-end process flows, you will own mission-critical production updates and drive continuous improvement across our platforms.
Key responsibilities

SQL & data integrity | Execute and audit production SQL updates; maintain and troubleshoot complex stored procedures to ensure data accuracy and compliance. |
Service management | Triage, route, and monitor tickets in Jira Service Management; refine automation rules as necessary. |
Business partnership | Collaborate closely with business users, translating their needs into technical tasks and closing the feedback loop quickly. |
Quality assurance | Perform functional QA testing, document results, and learn new systems as you go to uphold release quality. |
Process & code research | Trace processes from where they start through downstream systems; read application code and SQL stored procedures to understand system behavior and recommend improvements. |
Qualifications
- 3 + years in production support, business/operations systems, or similar role within financial services or fintech preferred.
- Advanced SQL proficiency (writing queries, providing recommendations on updates to production data, optimizing stored procedures).
- Hands-on experience configuring workflows in Jira Service Management (or comparable ITSM platform).
- Ability to read and follow application code (e.g., Python, C#, Java) well enough to debug logic and data flow.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and test-case design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; ITIL/Agile or comparable certifications a plus.
- In-office presence at our Atlanta headquarters one day per week.
