We’re introducing a new HR Business Partner position to drive impact across our Fragrance Division! The Fragrance Division HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to Fragrance Division leadership, aligning people practices with business objectives. This role is responsible for driving employee engagement, fostering a culture of social responsibility, managing performance processes, and ensuring effective employee relations. The HRBP will collaborate closely with leaders and employees to support growth, productivity, and a positive workplace culture.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employee Engagement
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Partner with leaders to analyze engagement survey results, identify trends, and develop action plans.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, recognition, and continuous feedback.
- Social Responsibility
- Champion corporate social responsibility initiatives within the division.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to promote community involvement and sustainability programs.
- Ensure alignment of divisional activities with the company’s broader CSR strategy.
- Performance Management
- Lead the implementation of performance management processes across the division.
- Coach managers on effective goal setting, feedback, and performance discussions.
- Monitor talent development and succession planning to support organizational growth.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical practices.
- Talent Strategy & Collaboration
- Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to align talent and performance strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Develop and manage key performance metrics to track the success of performance and talent management programs.
- Ensure people costs are aligned with business objectives.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Drive change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team on enterprise-wide projects and programs.
- Roll out all NOAM strategies to the Fragrance Division.
- Support Fragrance Division President in townhall and management/leadership meetings.
- Work with NOAM HR leadership and learning and development team to ensure proper execution of all training programs.
- Other duties in support of company objectives
- Consistent with MANE’s environmental commitments, every employee shall actively participate in relevant education/training based upon corporate and local environmental objectives. Management shall support and facilitate the actions within their teams to effectively and adequately implement environmental policies, procedures and practices, as well as promote continual improvement consistent with environmental goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner role.
- Strong expertise in employee engagement, employee relations, and performance management.
- Demonstrated experience with social responsibility or corporate citizenship programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $146,000 to $180,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is awarded based on both individual and company performance.
