About Us
At Fiero Group, we build and distribute some of the world’s finest pizza-making equipment and tools. From our Brewster, NY facilities, we support pizzerias and restaurants across North America with ovens, mixers, dough appliances, spare parts, and specialized smallwares. We’re a tight-knit team with high standards for quality, accuracy, and customer service — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
The Opportunity
This is not a “pick and pack” job. As a Warehouse Technician at Fiero Group, you’ll be at the center of our operations: receiving and shipping goods, keeping inventory accurate, and making sure spare parts and equipment flow smoothly to both our customers and our in-house assembly/service team. You’ll also serve as the first point of contact for incoming service calls and emails, logging issues and ensuring they get to the right technician for resolution. You’ll report directly to our Warehouse Logistics Manager, work closely with our service technicians, and play an active role in rolling out new systems that make our warehouse smarter and more efficient.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and check in shipments of smallwares, spare parts, and equipment.
- Accurately label, organize, and record inventory with proper SKUs.
- Fulfill outgoing orders for e-commerce, RMAs, dealers, and direct customers.
- Schedule and coordinate parcel pickups (UPS/FedEx) and LTL freight shipments.
- Maintain documentation for inbound/outbound shipments and returns.
- Answer and triage service phone calls and emails, creating tickets with accurate product and issue details.
- Support the service and assembly team by managing spare parts check-in/check-out.
- Work with the Warehouse Logistics Manager to implement new systems and improvements.
- Assist with trade show and customer visit preparations.
- Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and compliant with best practices.
- Pitch in wherever needed — from moving crates to problem-solving on the fly.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of shipping & receiving or warehouse operations experience.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or WMS.
- Ability to use shipping platforms (UPS/FedEx systems preferred).
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy is everything in parts and SKUs.
- Clear and professional phone/email communication skills.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive in identifying improvements.
- Able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet, and adapt to varying warehouse conditions.
Why Join Us?
- Competitive pay (commensurate with experience).
- Benefits including health insurance and 401K access.
- Opportunity for career growth as Fiero expands its warehouse and service operations.
- Exposure to cutting-edge culinary equipment in a growing industry.
- Be part of a company where your input matters and your contributions are recognized.
