WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the face of MCR for new hires and team members; exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
- Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort (MCR).
- Perform the secure collection and accurate recording of drop boxes.
- Carry out protected delivery of drop box contents to soft count.
- Open and empty contents of the drop boxes.
- Sort and count chips and currency contained in drop boxes.
- Verify and strap currency.
- Input count data into computer system.
- Complete reconciliations between amounts posted and amounts counted.
- Prepare cash and chips for transfer to Cage.
- Provide positive interactions with guests and team members and maintains a safe and friendly environment.
- Work with and maintain confidential information.
- Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and reports issues to appropriate personnel.
- Present a neat, clean, professional appearance.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Minimum of six (6) months cash handling experience or casino experience required.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Ten-key experience preferred.

- Skilled in intermediate mathematics.
- Ability to work in a confined area and closely with others.
- Ability to comprehend and follow detailed procedures and instructions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
