We're looking for someone to join our team as a Project Manager III who:

The Project Manager III leads high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives aligned with Clinica Sierra Vista’s strategic priorities. This role acts as a senior project leader responsible for independently managing complex and multi-phase projects, advising stakeholders, and mentoring junior project staff. The PM III is expected to bring thought leadership and advanced project discipline to enterprise-wide initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage large-scale, strategic, or regulatory initiatives with executive-level visibility.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, operational owners, and vendors.
  • Serve as project delivery lead for sensitive or high-risk projects.
  • Conduct impact assessments and facilitate business process redesign as needed.
  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and performance metrics meet PMO standards.
  • Identify systemic issues and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead project audits and retrospectives to promote organizational learning.

 Other Responsibilities:

  • Leads Agile ceremonies across multiple teams and coordinates cadence.
  • Expert in applying all five PMI project stages to large or complex initiatives. 
  • Designs, implements, and manages advanced WBS structures in ADOS.
  • Oversees detailed project, risk, and resource planning for multi-phase projects.
  • Coaches teams in effective backlog decomposition and Agile planning.
  • Guides strategic conversations between technical and operational stakeholders to align scope and implementation paths.

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s strongly preferred.

  • PMP certification required; Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe) preferred.

  • Minimum 6–8 years of progressive project management experience.

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring peers.

  • Proficiency with portfolio and reporting tools (PowerBI, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
