Job Title: Sr. Manager, Regional Operations

The Sr. Regional Operations Manager is the bridge between HQ strategy and local studio execution. Their mandate is to ensure studios consistently hit AUV, margin, and hospitality standards while developing leadership talent (Lead Nurse Practitioners, Studio Managers, Front Desk Staff).
- Operational Excellence
- Own performance metrics across a region: new clients/week, retention, utilization, NPS, labor efficiency.
- Conduct Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) with studio leads.
- Ensure Peachy’s operational systems and processes are consistently utilized across all units.
- People & Leadership Development
- Directly manage Lead Nurse Practitioners (LNPs)

- Reinforce Peachy culture, client obsession, and hospitality rituals.
- Growth & Expansion
- Lead new studio openings: hiring, training, launch playbook execution.
- Ensure all units meet revenue targets.
- Client & Brand Stewardship
- Conduct audits of hospitality, brand consistency, and compliance.
- Be the regional voice of the client — escalate systemic issues to HQ (pricing, training gaps, product feedback).
- Financial Management
- Own regional P&L: labor scheduling, supply management, cost optimization.
- Partner with Finance to forecast demand, staffing, and margin contribution.
- Deep dive into input metrics, not just output P&L to ensure financial metrics are being met.
Organizational Structure & Style:
- Reports to: Chief Operations Officer
- Manages: LNPs across ~8–12 studios
- Acts as “Mini GM” at Regional Level with responsibility for both growth (ramp AUV) and discipline (hospitality, margin).
- Supported by: Finance, Clinical Excellence, Brand/Marketing, and HR
- Balances hands-on, feet-on-the-ground execution with strategic HQ collaboration.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Multi-unit retail, healthcare operations, or hospitality (Starbucks, Amazon retail, urgent care, fitness).
- 2 - 4 years managing multi-unit retail store
Competencies
- Growth Driver: Identifies and executes strategies to increase revenue and performance.
- Operational Excellence: Strong financial literacy; capable of running and interpreting a full P&L.
