Summary:
This position will be responsible for generating business revenue through prospecting and developing new and current partnerships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Research, prospect, and establish leads with local, regional, and national businesses through networking, use of third-party lead services, and cold calls.
- Establish relationships with clients and develop solutions to meet their marketing needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations using Digideck and other resources.
- Cultivate new and existing corporate partner relationships through outstanding customer service to drive revenue.
- Work game nights and other Hooks functions, as assigned, to network and build client relationships.
- Achieve established sales goals as set by supervisor.
- Work with the finance and sales department to keep a record of all sponsor contracts.
- Communicate with and assist ticket office in fulfillment of season tickets, group tickets and hospitality areas that are in sponsorship contracts.
- Work closely with partner activation coordinator to execute sponsor concourse tables, plaza displays, and proof of performance.
- Manage and maintain relationships with all suite holders while assisting in catering communication or ticket needs through proper departments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sport Management, or related field and/or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience in sales and/or customer service with proven ability to meet sales goals preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication along with strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and sales driven.
- Strong attention to detail and promptness.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- High degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Strong ability and desire to work with others in a collaborative, respectful manner.
Work Environment:
This role operates in an office and stadium environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee occasionally is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and standard schedule of work is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, due to the nature of this position, the schedule will require frequent nights, weekends and holidays as well as all home baseball games.
Travel:
Limited travel is expected for this position.
