Contact Center Sales Representative I

Location: Hybrid or Remote

Hours: Full time 40 hours, rotating Saturdays

Pay: $21.00/hr +incentives

 

You’re the voice of Lighthouse.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll guide members through some of their biggest financial decisions—whether it’s applying for a loan, exploring credit options, or planning for future goals. You’ll build relationships, uncover needs, and recommend solutions that make a real difference. The Role

As a Contact Center Sales Representative I, you’ll be the first point of contact for members seeking consumer loans through digital channels. You’ll guide lending conversations, recommend products like GAP and debt protection, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. You’ll also support incoming service calls and make outbound calls to deepen member relationships. This is a fast-paced, sales-oriented role where service and connection drive success.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide members through consumer lending requests across digital channels, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience
  • Initiate and respond to conversations that uncover opportunities to cross-sell loan-related products like GAP, Route 66, and debt protection
  • Make outbound calls to deepen member relationships and follow up on service events and contact requests
  • Support the Member Care team by assisting with incoming service calls and general member inquiries
  • Communicate professionally, build trust through relationship-focused service, and uphold Lighthouse’s standards for attendance and punctuality

What You Bring

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center or fast-paced customer service and sales environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A relationship-focused mindset with the ability to engage members and build trust
  • Familiarity with consumer lending and related regulations (or a willingness to learn)
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow and contribute

Work Environment & Requirements

  • This role is fully onsite in a professional setting. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values growth, innovation, and leadership at every level. Ability to walk, stand, sit, speak, read, write, see, hear, push or pull (with or without accommodation). Frequent stationary work with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
