As a Senior Financial Analystwill play a dual role:

  1. Ensuring accurate, timely accounting and compliance with corporate financial policies.
  2. Acting as a trusted business partner to department leaders at the Eustis site.

This role supports monthly budget management, variance reviews, and capital investment tracking, while also performing core general ledger, cost accounting, and fixed asset responsibilities. It is integral to driving financial performance, transparency, and accountability across the site.

General Ledger & Accounting

  • Prepare, review, and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments for accurate month-end close.
  • Reconcile and analyze site-level balance sheet and P&L accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and GAAP standards.
  • Track and analyze manufacturing expenses, working with Operations to explain key drivers.

Capital & Fixed Assets

  • Maintain construction-in-progress (CIP) schedule; track and tag equipment placed in service.
  • Partner with Engineering on project status, capitalization, and depreciation.
  • Manage monthly fixed asset reconciliation and lapsing schedules.
  • Provide ROI and payback analysis support for site capital projects.

Business Partnering & Budget Management

  • Collaborate with department heads to prepare, monitor, and manage operating budgets.
  • Lead monthly performance reviews with department leaders, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • Support cost optimization initiatives and ensure alignment with site financial goals.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to validate savings and efficiency projects.


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing site environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical problem solver with cost accounting and variance analysis experience.
  • Solid foundation in US GAAP; ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Business partnering mindset—comfortable coaching and challenging non-finance leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills; skilled at leading discussions with department heads.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-mix/high-volume operational setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Business Central, SAP, Great Plains).
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, ideally in food/beverage manufacturing.
