Join Pitt Community College as an Enterprise Solutions Technician and play a vital role in keeping our enterprise systems running smoothly. From supporting daily operations to ensuring security and compliance, you’ll help power the technology that drives student success. Under general supervision, this role assists with system maintenance and upgrades, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Position Duties
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support for enterprise systems and applications.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Assist with system upgrades and migrations.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives

Other Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in enterprise systems support or related role.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
