What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking National Engagement Coordinator who will provide a high level of support, in a fast paced environment, to the Senior Director of National Engagement and the National Engagement team to help ensure that meetings, correspondence, and other interactions with colleagues, donors, and prospective donors are productive and result in high levels of philanthropy and alumni engagement.

A high school diploma and two years of relevant work experience are required. A Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred. 

*All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. 

What You Will Do

  • Support the National Engagement team with alumni engagement program logistics and preparations
  • Support and provide administrative management to the National Engagement team with all Vision items, including prospect management (moves management, portfolio clean up), printing bios, goal tracking, entering contacts, and pulling reports
  • Participate in solicitation meetings and follow ups
  • Responsible for creating gift transmittals for all manner of gifts, including cash, stock and wire transfers and making sure they are tagged to go into the correct account
  • Support in developing communications and presentations, planning and executing internal and external meetings
  • Provide, as needed on behalf of the National Engagement team, concierge-level support to alumni and donor prospects 
  • Support the ongoing financial needs related to the National Engagement team within Ignite
  • Collaborate with Alumni Engagement colleagues in coordinating the day-to-day functions of the National Engagement team
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
  • Ability to comply with university policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
