Responsible for development and implementation of wellbeing programs aimed at encouraging company employees to adopt healthy lifestyles by actively participating in wellness activities. This role will involve designing and implementing wellbeing programs, organizing events to promote wellbeing, tracking engagement and fostering a culture of wellbeing within our organization.
- Establish awareness and engagement in wellbeing initiatives and programs.
- Plan, implement and evaluate materials and activities for the Wellbeing programs.
- Track and report on engagement activities.
- Perform research on relevant topics in health promotion and disease prevention, as required.
- Facilitate collaboration between health education resources and the company.
- Serve as a member of related corporate committees such as Health and Safety.
- Acts as a liaison with third party administrators, carriers, vendors, and consultants on various matters such as program design and contracts.
- Perform data analyses to develop related program goals and metrics.
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellbeing programs to promote healthy habits, stress management, and mental health awareness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate wellbeing initiatives into existing programs and policies.
- Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and other educational events to promote wellbeing.
- Foster partnerships with external wellbeing providers to offer additional resources and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with best practices and research in the field of wellbeing to inform program development.
- Supporting the annual open enrollment process by coordinating with the benefits team to ensure all materials are updated.
- Maintain HR website with relevant wellbeing information.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Health and Wellbeing preferred.
- A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of related wellbeing or health promotion. experience preferred designing and delivering wellbeing programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work at a high energy level in a team environment with minimum supervision.
- Ability to be flexible and to manage multiple tasks with a strong employee focus.
- Good working knowledge of current PC software applications and proven administrative abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Passion for promoting wellbeing and making a positive impact at organizations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Preferred knowledge within the health and wellbeing field.
- Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
