We are seeking a Sales Enablement Operations Manager to manage our sales enablement platforms and eLearning. In this role, you will manage the selection and implementation of numerous sales enablement platforms, such as our content management system, prospecting and insights tools, eLearning tools, and more. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders, sales managers, and sales trainers to build a content management strategy and content development roadmap, and execute on it.

Responsibilities include

  • Daily upkeep of systems access and content organization
  • Regular auditing to ensure all resources are up-to-date
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to build eLearning content
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on what content the team is using the most and/or needs more of
  • Facilitating training for new and existing hires on how to use tools
  • Pulling and analyzing reporting from sales enablement tools to provide insights into seller behavior that will inform future training programs

Here are a few indicators that you're the right person

  • You’re a strategic and highly detailed individual who has experience with content management systems, eLearning methodologies, and authoring tools. Bonus if you have experience in digital media and/or sales processes.
  • You have a strong history and knowledge of sales enablement tools
  • You're looking to make a meaningful impact on a growing company
  • You love designing and managing complex systems
  • You're able to handle projects independently

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with and managing sales enablement tools such as eLearning, content management, knowledge management, and AI coaching tools
  • Experience using AI to streamline sales processes and ensure teams can quickly and easily access the tools and information they need
  • Experience integrating reporting from multiple sources into dashboards through Looker or other similar tools
  • Experience working with sales teams preferred
  • Extreme attention to detail

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Jun Group employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office three days per week.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
