We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Support Analyst to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual eager to develop their skills in Workday system administration, troubleshooting, and reporting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Workday and Greenhouse systems, providing essential support to our users, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our People & Culture team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Assist with the resolution of Workday-related configuration issues escalated from end-users and partnering teams. Troubleshoot user access issues and guide them through common Workday functionalities.
- System Administration Support: Support M&A Integrations by performing configuration tasks related to new company codes, organization structures, employee data migration, and security for acquired entities. Implement approved configuration changes for various Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Core Compensation, Talent) based on business requirements. Assign system access and security to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
- Reporting & Data Management: Assist in generating and maintaining various Workday reports. Help maintain comprehensive documentation of all Workday processes.
- Learning & Development: Stay current with Workday updates and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- General Support: Provide support for system processes and other inquiries.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet skills with proficiency in pivot tables, v-lookups, and charts.
- Previous system administration experience is required including HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Payroll, etc.
- Basic understanding of HR and payroll concepts is required.
- Familiarity with Workday is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and business needs.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is a base pay of $80,000-110,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
