THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Love to get their hands dirty, be known as a “gearhead”
- Be a self-starter, able to complete tasks using their knowledge and skill,
- Be able to prioritize and complete tasks to meet assigned deadlines
THE DRIVER WILL:
- Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport machinery components locally between COE facilities and to/from local vendors.
- Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of materials to prevent damage during transport.
- Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance for all company passenger and commercial vehicles.
- Perform material handling tasks such as staging, packaging, and moving components.
- Maintain an organized warehouse environment to support efficient operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to track deliveries, maintenance schedules, and inventory activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Chauffeur’s License and clean driving record.
- Experience operating flatbed or commercial vehicles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices preferred.
- Experience with warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for scheduling and tracking activities.
