This role is crucial to ensuring the security and compliance of our software development processes. If you have a demonstrated and advanced background in program management and have the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) v3 or later, and an active TS with SCI clearance, we encourage you to apply.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a preference for a major in Information Technology. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Information Technology (IT) highly preferred.
- 5 years’ experience supervising large IT Service contracts of similar dollar value and complexity.
- 9 years’ experience in an IT related field.
- Must have at least one IAT Level I — Approved Baseline Certifications (DoD 8570.01-M):
- CompTIA A+ CE
- CompTIA Network+ CE
- Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA-Security)
- EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND)
- (ISC)² SSCP – Systems Security Certified Practitioner
- Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) certification v3 or later preferred.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work with high level executive and federal government management.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
- U.S. Citizen with an active TS with SCI Eligibility.
Job Duites:
- Assist the Program Manager in maintaining the Program Management Plan.
- Support oversight of contract activities, ensuring requirements are met within cost, quality, and schedule constraints.
- Help prepare and maintain documentation, reports, project plans, and related materials for contract execution.
- Provide input to senior management and DoD OIG staff as directed by the Program Manager.
- Assist in identifying and communicating issues/risks to the DoD OIG and support recommendations for mitigation.
- Support notification to the COR regarding activities that may affect performance, schedule, or cost.
- Attend scheduled status meetings with the COR when requested, providing updates and supporting the Program Manager with performance-related information.
- Help track personnel certifications to ensure compliance with technical and security requirements.
- Provide draft trip reports and travel documentation to support Program Manager submissions.
- Assist in preparation of quarterly contractor training status updates.
- Contribute to monthly status reports as requested by the Program Manager.
- Support the development and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
