Your Role
The Platform Strategy & Operations team is focused on optimizing platforms (Salesforce & Pega) solutions and maximizing value across the enterprise. We are leveraging enterprise platforms to help accelerate our transformation program, enable innovation, and help realize our vision for a reimagined healthcare system. Our team works cross-functionally to link our key business strategies and initiatives with our platform roadmaps and day-to-day operations. We are responsible for driving critical business and vendor alignment, defining and executing the enterprise product roadmaps, and maintaining operational excellence.
The Senior Manager, Product Management will report to the Platform Strategy & Operations Team– Director. In this role you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring that BSC’s Salesforce and/or Pega platform solutions are running efficiently and delivering benefits to our business stakeholders. This role is instrumental in helping guide our enterprise platform strategy, building a high-performing team of product managers and delivering multiple strategic initiatives to achieve our business goals. The Senior Manager will work using an agile mindset in a fast-paced, work environment.

Responsibilities
Your Work
In this role, you will:
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor, maintaining strategic alignment with business stakeholders across the enterprise (and Stellarus) to drive initiatives and deliver integrated business and technology solutions.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and cost-efficiency, while partnering with procurement and finance to support contracting and compliance.
Champion operational excellence, identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve delivery velocity, and scale product operations effectively.
Promote a culture of collaboration and transparency, advocating for product management best practices and driving alignment across teams and leadership.
Monitor and report on KPI’s, using data driven insights to inform decisions, optimize performance, and ensure strategic alignment.
Own and maintain the Salesforce and/or Pega platform product roadmap and backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic business goals.
Manage multiple strategic initiatives, establish work plans and timelines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive execution to deliver measurable ROI aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee product budgets and financial planning, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and adherence to fiscal targets while maximizing ROI across initiatives.
- Stay current on platform advancements and emerging technologies, including AI, to proactively apply the latest innovations to product strategy, team enablement, and solution design within the health insurance ecosystem.
Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
Requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology
Requires a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, including 4 years of management experience gained as a team leader, supervisor or project/program manager
Proven success delivering consumer-facing digital experiences; healthcare, communications, or marketing experience is a plus.
Strong leadership in stakeholder engagement, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration across business and IT.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud) or Pega (Customer Service or BPA) platforms.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies; skilled in backlog management using tools like JIRA preferred.
Committed to staying current on platform innovations and emerging technologies (e.g., AI) to inform product strategy and team enablement
