We are Looking for:
The Talent Brand Associate will play a key role in attracting top talent to CLS Health by combining recruiting support with employer branding strategies. This role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and employee engagement leads to showcase CLS Health as an employer of choice. You will source candidates, support recruiting activities, and create compelling content to elevate our brand across social media, career platforms, and internal channels.
Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruiting Support
- Partner with recruiters to source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other networks
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Assist with candidate outreach, initial screenings, and interview coordination
Employer Branding
- Create engaging content (posts, banners, videos, employee spotlights) to highlight CLS Health’s culture, values, and career opportunities
- Maintain and grow CLS Health’s presence on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other platforms
- Collaborate on campaigns to showcase employee stories, community involvement, and workplace initiatives
Employee Engagement
- Support employee recognition programs and internal communications
- Assist with event planning for hiring events, career fairs, and employee appreciation activities
- Gather employee feedback and help promote a positive workplace culture
- Travel to other CLS Health Locations
- Performs related duties as required

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, marketing, or employer branding (healthcare experience a plus)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills (written and visual)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and branding strategies
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
